Effortlessly Collaborate with Teams Integration in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

In this video, we discuss the integration of Microsoft Teams with Dynamics 365 customer engagement. With this integration, users can work from within a record in Dynamics 365 or from the Teams perspective on a record, list of records, or even a dashboard from Dynamics 365. The setup is straightforward, and users can initiate chats from Dynamics 365 that are connected to specific records. The chats include a link to the record being discussed, making it easy to navigate back and forth between Teams and Dynamics 365. We demonstrate working in a channel in Teams called Opportunities Discussion, which can be used to collaborate on a list of top opportunities, leads that need to be closed, or escalated cases in customer service.
