This is an incredibly challenging time and all of us at Western Computer hope that everything is OK with you, your family, and your colleagues.
With all the stress created by this current environment, employee well-being, communication, health plans, family medical leave policies, etc. is paramount and top of mind for so many. At Western Computer, our HR leader, Diane Schieltz, with the support of our HCM provider, has been a blessing to us all.
We are reaching out today because we signed a strategic partnership agreement with ADP so that we could bring the benefits of this amazing organization to you. With all the challenges that our clients are facing, we thought it would be important to make sure you are made aware of this resource. Without truly understanding the importance when we signed the agreement, almost every day, ADP demonstrates their incredible value when it comes to helping employees and employers alike.
We have learned that ADP is much more than just a payroll company. The “new” ADP that we have become a partner of offers wonderful, supportive HR services as well.
